Henry is a seasoned international telecom consultant and project manager with over 35 years of experience across the Pacific, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. He has worked with telecom operators, vendors, regulators, and consulting firms on technologies ranging from legacy PSTN and TDM systems to today’s advanced fibre, IP, and cloud-based 5G networks.

Henry began his career in New Zealand with analogue and early digital switching systems, and progressed through major technology shifts, including GSM integration in Saudi Arabia, XGPON, MPLS, and VoIP deployments. He is the founding partner of Pulse Telecom, a company helping telecom operators adopt new technologies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

His deep involvement in mobile networks since 1995 has given him a front-row seat to the evolution of the industry — culminating in today’s 5G era, which he considers the most transformative. Henry continues to support telecom stakeholders by sharing practical insights into what works, what doesn’t, and how to bridge the gap with smart, cost-effective solutions.

David began developing software in his formative years as a hobby.  After working in the banking and finance industries he formed Dalyn Software Ltd in 1993.  As a financial advisor he recognised the need for a well-crafted database to handle his prospects, clients and accounts and there was nothing suitable on the market. The database David developed was used by centres throughout NZ and in America.

Since then, Dalyn Software has grown to provide reliable customised database systems for many different clients in a large range of sectors including telecommunication, electricity, gas and oil, health, printing, manufacturing, research, banking, security, and local government.  He can confidently build custom database systems for any sector and is adept at learning new fields quickly.

Pulse Telecom is an exciting new project that David has enthusiastically embraced and he looks forward to providing for the needs of the Telco industry.

Since 2004, Barbara has been working full time in the Telecommunications sector, bringing the “human touch” to a very logical, technical, and machine-driven sector. Barbara has international experience in project management for telecom operator, regulatory authority, and tower company clients. She particularly enjoys network and service-related projects and now specializes in network inventory management and network auditing.

Barbara has an eye for detail and looks forward to using her project management and peoples skills for the benefit of international Telcos.

Lyn was formerly a Systems Librarian at the National Library of New Zealand, where her strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities led to numerous improvements in operational efficiency and information management. Her aptitude for understanding complex systems and translating them into practical solutions made her a valuable contributor to the organisation’s success.

Following this, Lyn transitioned into the corporate sector, where she specialised in writing clear and effective procedure manuals. Her strength lies in quickly grasping new concepts and explaining them in a way that is easy for others to follow and apply.

Lyn now brings this combination of technical insight, structured thinking, and clear communication to her work with Pulse Telecom, where she contributes to improving internal processes and delivering high-quality documentation that supports both clients and team members.
